My private room at LE9 hostel was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The ensuite bathroom was a bonus. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay in Kyoto unforgettable, providing helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The brunch plate served at the hostel was fresh and delicious. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose LE9 hostel again if I were to return to Kyoto.

This hostel was mind-blowingly amazing! The common spaces were super trendy and clean, with a great bar and awesome facilities. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the personal lockers were a great size. The location was convenient, with easy transportation nearby. The cafe had great coffee and a chill vibe, and the living room upstairs was clean and cozy. The bathrooms and showers were the cleanest I've ever seen in a hostel. Checking in early and being able to wait for our bus was so kind of them. The beds were incredibly comfy and private. The downstairs bar had great offers for guests. The whole experience was jaw-droppingly awesome! 15 words. Free wi-fi and air conditioning.

The bed is impressively large, with ample space. The bathrooms and toilets are clean, with no segregation. The living room exudes a cozy atmosphere. The staff are highly helpful. The location is conveniently situated near Kyoto Station for a quiet experience.

We had a great stay at the Lower East Nine Hostel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from Kyoto Station and a 7/11 convenience store. the hostel itself is lovely, with a cute cafe on the ground floor. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a discount on beer and wine during our stay. the bed was comfortable and well-equipped with a shelf, light, and plug. the breakfast provided was basic but better than nothing. we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and convenient location of the hostel.

lower east nine was the best hostel during my japan trip! clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near the train station. loved the free breakfast and the cozy cafe downstairs. definitely recommend!

the staff was incredibly helpful and spoke perfect English, providing me with excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. the hostel had a cozy and home-like atmosphere with a nice design. It was spotlessly clean and had modern facilities. the dorm room I stayed in was comfortable and offered privacy. I also enjoyed a delicious separate breakfast of French toast with ice cream.
