Spacious rooms, fantastic European breakfast, beautiful views, convenient location. Magnificent flower displays, friendly and helpful staff. Club Level rooms worth the extra money, with complimentary drinks and canapés in the evenings. Basic but nice breakfast in the Club Lounge. Free shuttle bus to sister hotels with private beach and pools. Elegant decor and refined ambience. Great overall experience.

The Naha Terrace was a lovely, elegant property with friendly and helpful staff. The Club Level rooms were worth the extra money for the complimentary drinks and canapés. The free shuttle to other Terrace properties was convenient. The location was quiet and had free parking.

I have just returned from a wonderful stay at a hotel in Naha. The executive suite room we stayed in had a breathtaking view of downtown Naha, which made our stay even more memorable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the main shopping street and enjoying the local bars and restaurants. The hotel's design was elegant and clean, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The breakfast options, both Western and Japanese, were well-cared for and delicious. The staff, though young, were incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel is located in a quiet district of Naha, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for guests. It is nestled in a quiet area of the city, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities that cater to the needs of guests. The service is exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, offering both western and traditional Japanese dishes. There is also a beautiful view of the surrounding area from some of the rooms.

One small downside is that the hotel entrance is located on a back street, which may confuse some guests upon arrival.

The hotel is located walking distance from a popular shopping street and came with a beautiful landscape. the breakfast had two options, Western and Japanese, and both tasted good. Loved the calm environment that made for a relaxing stay after the chaos of Christmas shopping.

The WiFi was poor, making it hard to connect in the rooms, and staff struggled to communicate in English. the shower pressure was underwhelming, taking too long to wash off shampoo.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the spa centre offers a wide range of treatments, including full body massages and facials, while the outdoor swimming pool and garden area provide a relaxing atmosphere. the restaurant served delicious cuisine, and the private facilities in my room were exclusive and convenient.

The hotel was almost perfect, but I encountered a minor issue with the limited selection at the breakfast buffet. the attentive staff quickly provided me with an in-room breakfast alternative.
