We had a good xmas at this hotel. the room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. the hotel had a key location, being just steps away from a theme park and a train station. This made it very convenient for us to explore the area. there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy for us to find food options.

The hotel seemed a bit dated and tired, particularly in the rooms. the bathroom towels were quite thin and the blackout shades did not effectively block out the light in the morning.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Citywalk and just a couple of minutes walk to the park entrance. Service and quality here are top-notch, from dry cleaning to housekeeping to shops and commercial services, everything was just perfect. I loved the welcome drink and the well-stocked room with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, trouser press. The dining restaurant is also great and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in the city center in front of the park.

Stayed in a room right next to the park entrance, making it super convenient to access the rides. The train station is also just a few steps away. The room was large and comfortable with a great view of the park, the breakfast buffet was top-notch.

The staff could have been more helpful when we asked them for recommendations on nearby restaurants and activities.

The value for money at the Park Front Hotel At Universal Studios Japan was exceptional. The room was clean and had the wow factor, with amazing views from the 26th floor. The location was superb, right across from the theme park, making it perfect for families. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
