Celebrating New Year at this hotel was a memorable experience. the rooftop bar had an impressive view and the cocktails were delicious. the record player in the room added a nice touch to the modern and stylish decor. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to main attractions and an underground walkway.

The Hollywood single beds were not as comfortable as expected, and some staff members were not friendly. the room was a bit cramped and lacked storage space.

The hotel's location is unexpected, right next to the iconic Sapporo tower, providing a unique and exciting view. It is conveniently close to the underground and opposite the tower. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a separate toilet and shower area. The rooftop deck offers a stunning view of the city, and the vinyl recorder in the room adds a touch of excitement.

Some rooms lack soundproofing, which can result in noise disturbances from outside.

Great location, next to subway exit and Otori Park. Enjoyable lobby and rooftop. Room had vinyl record player and comfortable bed. Huge bath and shower. Excellent photo spots nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was superb, being right in the center of town and just a short walk from Odori station. The service provided by the staff was excellent - they were helpful, kind, and able to communicate in English quite well. The room was beautifully decorated with a modern and classy design, and it had all the amenities we needed, including heating and air conditioning. The welcome drink voucher was a nice touch, and we really enjoyed the delicious cocktails in the bar. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel right in the center of town, across from the TV tower. The design was cool and had an international feel. The Hokkaido cuisine restaurant downstairs was exceptional, with locally sourced ingredients. The view of the Sapporo television tower from my room during winter was breathtaking. The moment I entered the hotel, I felt comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was a unique lounge area on the second floor with a great view of the park and tower. The record player in the room added a fun element. The hotel had a nice theme throughout and was modern and clean.

The Hollywood singles were not very comfortable, as they had a traditional Ryokan mattress. Also, one of the staff members was rude when we arrived early and asked about our room.
