Unfortunately, the laundry area was always crowded, making it hard to get a quick wash. Also, the food options were limited during my stay, since the restaurant was closed when I checked in.

Staying here was a fantastic experience for our group of friends. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Higashi Ginza station and the bustling Ginza shopping area, making it easy to explore. The rooms, though compact, were clean and well-maintained, allowing us to fit comfortably with generous space for our luggage. The staff was attentive and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable.

However, the breakfast options lacked variety and could be improved.

the location is amazin, right in the heart of ginza with tons of shops and cafes nearby. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help which made us feel welcome. loved the daily housekeeping and the cool amenities like free water and comfy pajamas. the public bath was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day! our room was clean and cozy, felt spacious for tokyo standards.

royal park is in a superb location, just a short walk to the ginza shopping area and train station. our superior twin room was spacious enough for our family with a baby. everything felt new and clean, and we even had room to open our luggage, which was fantastic! the hotel really feels like home with daily maintenance.

Lovely and clean hotel with spacious rooms. The beds were super comfy! Plus, you could even keep an eye on the washer-dryer from your TV, which is handy when you have laundry to tackle.

However, the laundromat was always full—I've seen less traffic at a Tokyo train station! Also, could they please upgrade that hairdryer? It could blow away a feather, maybe.

Man, we absolutely loved the corner room! The light was just lekker, and the bathroom situation was top-notch—like a mini spa vibe. Plus, the staff were super chill and helpful, which made everything easier. Ah, and can’t forget how close we were to all the shopping and the metro!

Only slight bummer was that the breakfast could've used a bit more variety, but no biggie.
