Loved the ski-in-ski-out vibes, super convenient with a lift just outside and shuttle service to the gondolas. the staff were top-notch, always with a smile and the breakfast was a real delight, plenty of options to fuel up for the day! Wish the onsen was a bit hotter, but decent enough for a post-ski soak. All in all, an awesome stay, definitely worth more than 2 stars! 🎿

I had an amazing time at a ski resort that was conveniently located right on the slopes, allowing me to ski in and ski out effortlessly. The room was spacious and had a picturesque view. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes.

Great location, ski-in ski-out, with amazing views of the surroundings. the ski rental and the dry room on site were really convenient. We appreciated the free shuttle service from the hotel to the town center.

The hotel staff seemed undertrained and unprofessional. For a New Year's stay, we expected a higher level of service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the prime location right next to the ski slopes. The attention to detail in the rooms, with the mezzanine loft beds offering a wonderful mountain view, was impressive. The staff were also friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Plus, the breakfast options were varied and satisfying, ensuring a good start to the day.

My experience at this hotel was positive and there was nothing significant that I believe could be improved.
