The facilities at this hotel were top-notch, with brand new amenities and a beautiful blend of traditional and modern design. The staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent service. The location was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from Kyoto Station. We loved the spacious, comfortable rooms and the delicious breakfast options, both Western and Japanese.

We had a fantastic stay in a modern hotel located right next to the main train station, which made getting around easy and hassle-free. Despite being located in a busy neighbourhood, the hotel managed to provide us with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The room was very comfortable and came equipped with a huge, relaxing shower. We loved the buffet breakfast, which had a great selection, and the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

The restaurant staff could use more training; we experienced some minor mishaps during our dinner.

The attention to detail was excellent. The hotel's employee, Ai, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast options were great, with both Western and Japanese choices. The location was extremely convenient, just a short walk from Kyoto station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at this stylish hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a variety of shopping and dining options. The gym was also fantastic, with top-of-the-line equipment and beautiful views.

The Wi-Fi in our room and the lobby was quite slow. we were disappointed to find out that breakfast was not included in the room rate and was quite expensive to add on.

my best hotel stay yet! the staff went above and beyond, helping me find an english-speaking doctor when i injured my foot. the rooms are stunning and the hotel is conveniently located near the Kyoto station. exceeded expectations!
