The coffee from the lobby café was really good and it gave us the energy we needed to explore the city. the location of the hotel was great too, as it was close to a major train station and a beautiful river where we went for runs. We also liked the efficient use of space in our compact room, which had plenty of room for our luggage and a place for us to do yoga.

We found a hair on our bed and it definitely wasn't from anyone in our group, which was quite gross and off-putting. the air conditioning unit in the room was also pretty noisy and disrupted our sleep.

Convenient location near Yamanote line, 20-minute walk to Ueno Park. Spacious family room with ample storage. Tasty breakfast options. Beautiful, clean room with great views and a cool window shade. Efficient staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I loved the fact that the toilet and shower were separated. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cafe in the lobby that offered unlimited coffee for guests. The location was perfect, being so close to Akihabara station, which made it convenient to explore other parts of the city. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which was a bonus.

this hotel was truly exceptional, surpassing all my previous stays in Tokyo. the staff were friendly and professional, the room was modern and well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. i especially loved the free coffee all day long, a delightful perk that made my stay even more enjoyable.

One small drawback was the bedding, which wasn't as comfortable as i had hoped.
