The hotel staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. The renovated rooms were spacious and well-designed with nice amenities. The location, near Nagoya Castle, was convenient and the shuttle service to the train station was a great perk. The breakfast buffet was delicious and worth including in the room package.

The castle view from the room was breathtaking and worth staying for. the location is convenient with easy access to restaurants and cafes. the hourly shuttle bus service was a plus and made transportation hassle-free.

The room felt a bit outdated and could use a renovation. the distance to the nearest metro station was a bit inconvenient for those not comfortable with walking.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible view of the castle from my room. It was truly breathtaking, and I couldn't help but admire it throughout my stay. The window in my room opened wide, allowing me to take unobstructed photos of the castle, which was a real treat. Despite the small hiccup at check-in, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure my comfort. The location of the hotel was convenient, and I easily found taxis available whenever I needed them. The hotel itself was well-designed and maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Although the breakfast buffet selection was not the best and the bathroom was on the smaller side, these minor inconveniences did not detract from my enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend the hotel for its superb views, helpful staff, and convenient location.
