Had a great time during Christmas at this hotel. the dinner and breakfast were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food options. the hotel's location, with a beautiful view of the lake, made it even more special. the onsen and swimming pool were also fantastic amenities that we enjoyed during our stay.

The language barrier was a bit frustrating. Some of the staff members had poor English skills, which made it difficult to communicate and order things.

Loved the isolated atmosphere, great onsen, incredible views, swimming in the snow, beautifully decorated for Christmas.

The view was absolutely breathtaking, with a beautiful lake on one side and the ocean on the other. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable. the onsen was relaxing and rejuvenating after a long day of exploring. the hotel's location allowed us to take advantage of the surrounding natural beauty, with plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy.

The food options were limited and quite expensive. the hotel was quite far from town and there wasn't much to do within walking distance.

Stunning Views and Comfortable Rooms

The views from this hotel are absolutely breathtaking. the surrounding lake and mountains make for a gorgeous backdrop, especially from the lobby area. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and luxurious amenities, like the Bvlgari bathroom products. And let's not forget about the views, did I mention how gorgeous they were? This hotel is located on top of a hill, far away from the hustle and bustle, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery.

The hotel is located on top of a small mountain, offering a breathtaking view of the blue lake surrounded by picturesque scenery. The luxurious lobby and top-notch service create a memorable experience. Although the restaurants are pricey compared to other dining options in the area, they provide an exceptional culinary experience. Despite being in the middle of nowhere, the hotel's stunning decor and gourmet dining make it worth the visit.

The onsen, while enjoyable, could use some improvement to match the overall luxury of the hotel.

We loved the secluded location of the hotel, nestled on a hill overlooking the city. The hotel staff provided top-notch service, ensuring our every need was met. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with exceptional views to wake up to. The breakfast at Gilligan's Island was delicious and of high quality.

We stayed at this grand hotel for a few nights and had a delightful experience. The views from the hotel are simply breathtaking, especially during our mountain golf session. The outdoor Onsen was absolutely incredible, and using it while it was snowing outside was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff were nice and the ski site was perfect for beginners, with friendly rental staff and a great ski coach. a memorable stay with good food, clean rooms, and spectacular views.

This hotel surpassed all my expectations. the staff exhibited top-notch service and were attentive to all my luxurious needs. the Spa & Wellness centre was outstanding, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi available. the open-air bath made for a relaxing soak while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. the food at the restaurant was of high quality with exquisite special diet menus on offer.

The only downside of this hotel was the lack of entertainment. Though there were some activities available in the area, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful.
