Each capsule was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and they provided fresh sheets, pajamas, and slippers daily. The location was convenient, with a direct bus from Narita airport and a short walk to the hotel.

The noise level was a bit problematic. I could hear people snoring and walking around in the dorm, so I would recommend bringing earplugs for a good night's sleep.

Each day, we received a new bag with pajamas, slippers, towels, and more. Although as a couple we could only spend time together in the common sitting area, the sleeping rooms for men and women were separated on different floors. the capsules themselves were comfortable, although they did tend to get a bit warm after a sunny day. the shower cabins were spacious and there were plenty of toilets and showers available, even on busy days. the location was convenient with two nearby metro stations.

The capsules were surprisingly spacious and equipped with a TV, mirror, hanger, safe, and USB charger. The shared bathrooms and showers were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. I appreciated the added amenities, such as towels, pajamas, and slippers. Keeping our baggage after checkout was a big plus. a neat experience!

My stay at Ariake Bay was fantastic! The staff were friendly and the shower facilities were clean and well-equipped. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options, including a direct bus to Narita Airport. It was also just a short walk away from the train station. Not only was it cheaper than taking the JR train, but it also saved us time and was more convenient. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise, but overall, it was a great experience.
