The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing a warm and professional atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of nearby restaurants and a grocery store. The bus stop, which can take you to Haneda airport in just 20 minutes, is a great feature, especially considering the expensive taxi fares in Tokyo. The price for our two-night stay was reasonable, especially compared to other hotels. The space was perfect for my family of three.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near Oimachi station and the easy access to Central Tokyo, Kamakura, and Yokohama without any transfers. The hotel is within walking distance of a variety of shops, restaurants, and a department store. The excellent Wi-Fi on every floor was a major plus for staying connected and updating our travel status. The staff, particularly Miss Chan and Mr. Chong Tian, provided exceptional service with their helpful advice and guidance. The clean and comfortable facilities, including the comfortable beds, made our stay very enjoyable.
