Great value for money with a compact but well-equipped room, including a medium double bed and convenient storage for our bags. The highlight was definitely the view, especially at night, overlooking the stunning lights of Shinjuku and Rappongi. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to local areas, restaurants, the metro, and even a nearby baseball stadium. The staff were friendly and accommodating, as expected in Japan.

the location was excellent, only a 3-minute walk from the Gonzales line and an 8-minute walk from the Oedo line. It was also within walking distance to Omotedando , Shibuya , and Nogizaka. the neighborhood was calm and convenient, with a supermarket, convenience store, and cafes nearby. the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite, efficient, and professional. the amenities provided at the lobby floor, including washing and bathroom necessities, were convenient. Plus, the view from the room was awesome, with a glimpse of Fuji san. the facilities were clean and new, and the room size was reasonable, typical of a Japanese room. I would definitely recommend Tokyu Stay and stay there again.

I loved staying at Tokyu Stay! The central location made it easy for me to explore Shibuya, Harajuku, and Shinjuku. The room had a fantastic view, especially on clear days when I could see Mt. Fuji. The in-room washer/dryer was a lifesaver after a long trip. The facilities at reception, like the beer machine and free drinks, were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a ritzy neighborhood by the Gaienmae station was perfect, with many boutique shops nearby. The area itself was excellent, offering a peaceful and private environment. It was also conveniently close to the Meji Shrine, which was a must-visit attraction.

The hotel is conveniently located in Central Tokyo area and is very close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The upscale neighborhood adds to the charm of the hotel, and it is easy to find from Gaienmae metro station.
