The hotel is conveniently located near major train stations which made getting around the city very easy. the room had all the necessary appliances like a washing machine and kettle, making our stay comfortable.

The room and corridors were dull and lacked proper ventilation, causing a strange smell at times. the cleaning service was only provided once a week, which could be a problem for some guests.

The staff at Tokyu Stay were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They provided us with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the JR trains and subway stations. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and pleasant stay in Tokyo.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, from the comfortable bed to the built-in mini kitchen in the rooms. The location in the business district is perfect for business travelers.

This hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk from Shin Nihonbashi station, making it extremely convenient for exploring Tokyo. With nearby access to both the JR line and the Ginza line, it's easy to reach popular destinations like Ginza or Tokyo station without any hassle.

The staff's lack of enthusiasm and greetings upon arrival was a bit disappointing.
