The hotel is located very near a subway station, which is very convenient for getting around the city. It is also just a short walk away from a shopping center and Odori station. The room is clean and comes with a washing machine and microwave oven, which is a great advantage for those who want to do laundry or prepare meals.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with everything within walking distance – from Tanukoji street to Nijo fish market, Sapporo TV tower, Odori Station, and Odori park. the service and staff were excellent, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. the breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of choices. Additionally, being very near subway exit 34 was a great convenience.

My stay at Tokyu Stay was exceptional! I visited for leisure and stayed for a week. the room was well-equipped with a microwave and washing machine, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was brand new. the location was perfect, close to Nijo market and Odori park. the breakfast had a good variety, and the staff was incredibly helpful, even refunding me for nights I had to cancel last minute due to illness.

Enjoyed my New Year stay at a hotel in Hokkaido. the staff was extremely helpful and efficient, making it easy to communicate even with limited Japanese skills. the location was perfect, with various landmarks just a short walk away, including a beautiful park and train station. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of free amenities that made my stay comfortable.

The room was a tad small, and there wasn't enough space to keep an open carry-on sized suitcase. the room's heating was also a little tricky to control, making it either too cold or too hot at times.

I got great value for my money at Tokyu Stay. The room was clean and well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and more. The location was fantastic, with the metro station just steps away and attractions within walking distance. The staff treated me with exceptional kindness and went above and beyond to help me retrieve a charger I had left behind.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better at Tokyu Stay was if they provided bowls, cups, and cutlery in the room. Having to go to the hotel's lounge for coffee was a minor inconvenience.
