The microwave and kettle in the room were handy, and the Wi-Fi was fast. the hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the train station and metro. the staff stored our luggage for us after we checked out, which was convenient.

The room was tiny, and accessing the fridge and safe was a big hassle. Some of the staff members didn't speak English well, which made communication difficult at times.

our stay at a hotel in tokyo was fantastic. the location was convenient, with easy access to the subway and plenty of nearby amenities. the room was well-equipped, with a washing machine/dryer and fridge/freezer. the staff were friendly and welcoming, despite the language barrier.

One thing was missing, instructions for the washing machine in english.

The hotel's location near Higashi Shinjuku station was ideal, with convenience stores and cafes nearby. The shared lounge was spacious and had a free coffee machine. The room and bathroom were clean, bright, and modern, with enough space for luggage.

During my New Year's stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. the showers were also nice, and having a washing machine in the room was a huge plus for me. the location of the hotel was extremely convenient - it was just a block away from the train station and within walking distance to popular areas in the city. these amenities and the prime location made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the pillows were filled with some sort of bean that made them easily squished around, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to multiple subway stations and plenty of nearby amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. The room was amazing, clean, and had everything we needed. The internet worked flawlessly, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the roof terrace, perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring.

i just got back from an amazing stay at this hotel. the room was spacious and clean, with a great city view from the 11th floor. it had all the amenities i needed, including a washer/dryer combo, fridge, microwave, and hot pot. the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect, right on the edge of the lively Kabukicho area. there were also two smaller train stations within a 5-minute walk. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. overall, i highly recommend Tokyu Stay Shinjuku Eastside.

Spacious and modern room with a comfortable bed. It was convenient to have a table in the room. The amenities like a microwave oven and laundry machine were very useful. We also enjoyed having access to Netflix. Despite some noise outside, we still slept well.
