tosei was an amazing hotel! super helpful staff, especially the woman at reception who helped me find my lost phone. the room was clean, towels and water provided daily. great value for money, perfect location to explore tokyo. loved the vending machine and coin washing machine. greenbowl restaurant was fantastic too!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Tosei Hotel Cocone Kanda. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and has a helpful and friendly staff. They even allowed us to switch rooms when we realized the smoking room had a strong smell. the hotel is clean, modern, and has a formal/business feel. the size of the single room was typical for Tokyo, but the clever decoration made it feel more spacious. Plus, they provided convenient amenities like bath salt, a coffee machine, and hair styling tools. We would definitely stay here again.

Since I arrived in Tokyo, I needed a hotel close to the station and this hotel was PERFECT. It's very close to Kanda station, so it was super convenient for me to get around the city. I also loved that they had a female-only level, where I could do laundry while enjoying some privacy. Plus, having breakfast included was a nice touch. All in all, this hotel provided all the necessary facilities I needed for my stay.

The bed frame had a clever trough area for holding cups and chargers, and there were plenty of power sockets for charging devices. The mini fridge wasn't very cold, but I didn't need to use it anyway. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel even provided free hot drinks and ice cubes in the lobby.
