I had the best time staying at this hotel in Toyako. The location was perfect, right in front of Lake Toya, with stunning views of Mount Yotei. The hotel provided free shuttle service to and from Toya Station, and the driver was incredibly friendly, even taking the time to point out the islands in the lake. The staff members were welcoming and hospitable, waving goodbye with little national flags of our countries in hand. It was such a nice touch. The hotel also had great facilities, including a cave-style onsen, where I could relax and soak in the hot springs. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese items to choose from, and it was a fantastic way to start the day. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch, and the convenient location to Toyako Onsen Town, just a 20-minute ride away, made it easy to explore the area.

Despite some small issues, our recent stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The location was perfect, with the main bus terminal just a 5-minute walk away and the beautiful lake just a minute away. The room exceeded our expectations - cozy, spacious, and with a stunning lake view, perfect for a timelapse video. The staff were helpful, with fluent Chinese, Japanese, and English speakers available. The set dinner served was also quite nice. we had a good experience. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Lake view quad room, clean premises, delicious set meal dinner, buffet style breakfast, indoor and outdoor onsen available. Mandarin-speaking staff. Enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our romantic escape in beautiful surroundings. the complementary fruit basket and chocolates were a delightful touch. the location was stunning, with incredible views of the lake and fireworks. We also appreciated the option for a private onsen experience.

The outdated decor and strong cigarette smell left much to be desired. the strict check-in and check-out times were inconvenient.
