Beautiful lake views from balcony, especially during sunrise. Convenient bus access to Mount Usu. Delicious variety of food, especially vegetable options. Helpful receptionist provided information and coupon for ropeway discount. Impressive firework show on the lake.

We got complimentary chocolates and Easter decorations in the room which was a nice touch. the hotel is situated in a great location with beautiful lake views and easy access to nearby attractions. the onsen was relaxing and enjoyable, with the outdoor area being a highlight.

The room was quite small and outdated, with some facilities needing an upgrade. the staff's level of English was not good enough, making communication difficult.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning. I could see the beautiful fireworks from the balcony, it was such a magical experience. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with free parking available. The air conditioning and TV in the room were modern and worked well.

I had a great stay at Toya-Onsen Hotel Hanabi. Despite a few minor issues mentioned in other reviews, the spectacular view, convenient location, and comfortable amenities made up for it.
