This hotel is in a fantastic location, right beside Toyama station and close to the Dentetsu- Toyama station. It's the perfect base for exploring the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route. The rooms are comfortable with cozy beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing fans and aircoolers when needed. The breakfast spread is delicious and the hotel even offers a free coffee and tea service in the lobby.

The basin area in the room was a bit dirty and the wallpaper was worn-off.

Our stay at the hotel was incredibly convenient, being just steps away from both the train station and bus terminal. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, even going above and beyond to assist in finding a lost item. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Couldn't have asked for a better Thanksgiving holiday. the hotel was conveniently located, just a stone's throw away from the train station, making our travel a breeze. the staff was extremely polite and courteous, always ready to assist us with any requests. the rooms were clean and comfortable with some added amenities that made our stay feel special. We were pleasantly surprised to receive two complementary chocolates, which was a sweet touch.

That the elevators were a bit outdated, which made our journey to the room a bit slow. there was some noise from the street, but this is to be expected due to the hotel's central location.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. It is right outside of the Toyama JR station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by shinkansen. For those planning to visit the Tateyama Alpine Route, the Dentetsu Toyama station is conveniently located just under this hotel. There are also plenty of eateries, including a Starbucks cafe, in the vicinity. Additionally, the presence of a bus and tram station nearby makes it easy to explore Toyama.

There is not much of a view from the hotel, so it may not be the ideal spot for a romantic getaway. However, considering all the other positive aspects, this is a minor drawback.
