Location was convenient, just a stone's throw away from the train station and some restaurants were nearby. the view from the hotel's lobby was spectacular and very picturesque. the staff were pretty helpful with our queries and they attended to our needs promptly.

Our stay was not as great as we initially thought. the room was not well-cleaned, and the breakfast buffet had limited options and not refilled regularly.

Despite arriving early, I had to wait for over an hour to check in as priority was given to members. It would be helpful if they had a separate counter for nonmembers. However, the location of the hotel was unbeatable, offering an incredible view of the Alps from the upper floor lobby. The staff was also helpful and the hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the train station. I would recommend considering other options before settling on this hotel.
