The hotel had a charming little gift shop where we found unique items to take home as souvenirs. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was stylish and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, which offered a variety of options to choose from.

We did experience some minor issues with the organization and cleanliness of the room, which could have been improved.

The location was fantastic to explore the city, in a trendy area near Cat Street and close to Shibuya and Harajuku. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities to make us feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and plenty of great restaurants in the area to eat at. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

The food at Trunk was absolutely delicious! I really appreciated the gesture of the restaurant delivering a sandwich to my room for my early departure the next day. It was a tasty and convenient way to start my morning. The hotel's attention to detail and custom art on the walls created a unique and stylish ambiance. The location was great, with plenty of shopping and Shibuya station within walking distance. I had a fantastic stay at Trunk and would definitely recommend it.

Helpful staff with assistance for airport transportation, train times, cabs, and directions. Tiny rooms well-utilized with chic decor, sustainable products, and luxurious toiletries. Stylish bar frequented by locals and shop to purchase room items. Great value for quality.

This venue is a luxurious and exclusive hotel with top, notch amenities that catered to all our needs. the staff provided excellent service, and massages were amazing. the bbq facilities and outdoor dining area were fantastic, and the leisure room was extremely comfortable. the room was advantageous with its fantastic in, room breakfast and a well, stocked bar/lounge area, which was great for relaxing in the evenings.

The location advantages were amazing with plenty of nearby restaurants. Cons: the only issue we encountered was a lack of a snack bar in the hotel, which was inconvenient when we needed a quick bite.
