The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to Asakusabashi station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and also had direct train access to both airports. the staff were helpful and accommodating, assisting us with our laundry and storing our luggage after check-out.

The lack of hangers in the room was inconvenient, but we managed to use the big drawer as an alternative. It would have been nice to have a foldable clothes drying rack or more hangers provided.

The room was spacious, tidy and had all the necessary amenities to make our Easter stay comfortable. the location was perfect as we could easily reach all the main attractions of the city and airports from here. the staff was amazing and accommodated all of our requests. We left our gift box after checking out which they kept safe for us. We definitely would come back and book again!

The high stools used for eating at the counter weren't comfortable for us. We would’ve preferred dining chairs to dine in comfort.
