The hotel had good toiletries and the staff was very friendly. They allowed me to leave my bags in the lobby before/after check-in/out, and the room was clean with no smell of smoke. the location was also convenient for me, as it was close to my business location and offered easy access to the subway system.

The room was uncomfortable with a cold draft near the window, and the traffic noise was extremely loud even with the windows closed. I had trouble sleeping due to the constant sound of roaring trucks passing by 24-hours a day.

The convenience of being just a few minutes away made my visit effortless. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations for a Japanese hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even helping us with transportation to the airport.
