A hidden gem with spacious rooms and a stunning balcony bathtub. The hotel offers an abundance of free extras including public baths, private onsens, a self-serve bar, midnight ramen, and a rooftop garden. The dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The location is within walking distance of the train station.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently situated near all the major attractions of Hakone. It only took us an hour to get to beautiful Ashi Lake and about 30 minutes to reach the stunning glass museum. The hotel itself was located right on the serene river, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The room was comfortable with modern facilities and the service was exceptional. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, served in the restaurant on the second floor.

The coffee provided in the room was of low quality, which was a bit disappointing.

We were lucky enough to enjoy one of the two private onsens on offer, and it was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The room itself was sparkling clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. The hotel also went above and beyond by providing free refreshments like coffee, ramen, ice cream, and soft drinks. The attention to detail and the quality of service here were truly impressive.

Had a great time at this hotel over Christmas. the hot springs were definitely the best aspect of the place, with both public and private options available. the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and it was great to try traditional Japanese dishes. the hotel was conveniently located near bus stops and attractions, so it was easy to get around.

The amenities in the room were also low end. the price was quite high for the quality of the room, and there were unexpected additional charges.
