The hotel's location is exceptional, being right next to JR Izumo-shi station. This makes it extremely convenient for travelers, especially those with heavy luggage. the room was comfortable and spacious, providing a pleasant stay. The staff at the restaurant were also very helpful, accommodating guests with allergies and dietary restrictions.

The absence of complimentary coffee in the lobby was a disappointment.

The hotel's location was great as it was just a stone's throw away from the train station - very convenient for business travelers. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a smooth check-in and check-out process. the room was spacious and offered all the basic amenities needed for a one-night stay.

There was no complimentary coffee or tea, and the coffee that was available for purchase was stale and not worth the price. no breakfast was included, making it inconvenient for an early start to the day.
