I really appreciated how this place was in the perfect location for exploring everything I wanted to see. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and the room was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I loved the terrace and patio areas, and the room amenities were really top-notch, especially the in-room safe and refrigerator which came in handy.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the unique Japanese-Scandinavian design of this boutique hotel. the large rooms were beautifully decorated, and we appreciated the separate living area. the hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee, as well as the delicious breakfast. the hotel’s location proved to be a key advantage, as it was situated near the beautiful gardens and castle park. we were able to explore nearby restaurants and shops with ease.

While our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of downsides. the bike rental system could have been better managed.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Kanazawa. The location was perfect, with attractions like Kanazawa Castle and Kenrokuen Garden within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with lovely traditional Japanese touches. We especially appreciated the free coffee, tea, juice, and cookies in the lobby. One of the highlights was the delicious and filling breakfast provided. The complimentary soba noodles in the evening added a nice touch. Despite a minor issue with the jacuzzi in the bath, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. it was a great experience.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with all the necessary amenities. The bathrooms are also well-appointed, providing ample space for guests. The hotel staff provides excellent service, always ready to assist with any requests. Complimentary drinks and snacks are available throughout the day, adding to the overall indulgence.

I recently stayed at Uan in Kanazawa for a few nights and it was an amazing experience. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had a modern, chic design that I loved. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfy bed and a luxurious spa bath. One unique feature of the hotel was the portable smartphone they provided, which was incredibly helpful for navigating the city. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of both Western and Japanese options, and the staff even packaged up our leftover bread for us. The hotel's location was also perfect, being centrally located near the markets, Kanazawa Castle, gardens. I also loved the hotel lobby, with its sake bar and complimentary noodles after 9 pm. The laundry facilities were an added bonus. I had a fantastic stay at Uan and highly recommend it.

We got great value for our money at Uan. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Kanazawa Castle and Kenroku-en Garden. The staff treated us incredibly well, always accommodating and friendly.

As youngsters, we loved the modern yet traditional vibe of the hotel. The yukatas provided in the rooms were a fun touch. The lobby was spacious with beautiful artworks and a great place to hang out. The all-day free cold drinks and tea and coffee were a welcome bonus. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the castle and bus stops for the sightseeing buses. The day pass sold by the hotel for only 400 yen was very convenient.
