Our stay at Unizo Inn Shin-Osaka was great! The location near Shin-Osaka station made it convenient for catching the Shinkansen, and there were plenty of convenience stores and dining options nearby. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with nice features in the bathroom like a full washlet and a spacious bathtub. it was a fantastic place for a weekend stay.

We did experience a few minor drawbacks, such as the small pillow and the need to sit at a slight angle on the toilet due to its proximity to the wall. Additionally, the elevators were not very efficient during checkout time, which caused a delay in our travel plans.

the location is splendid, just a short 5-7 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station or a quick 2-3 minute walk from the subway. This made it very convenient for me to explore the city and take the Shinkansen. the hotel itself is new and offers wonderful amenities, including clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, taking the time to provide me with information and make me feel welcome. I also appreciated the abundance of restaurants and convenience stores in the surrounding area, ensuring that I never went hungry during my stay. I highly recommend Unizo and would stay there again.

The unstable internet connection, which could be frustrating at times. there were stains on the blanket in my room, and while they didn't affect my overall comfort, it was a bit off-putting.
