The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel welcome right from the start. They provided excellent information and recommendations for visiting Naoshima and other islands in the area. the location couldn't have been better, with the train station and ferry pier just around the corner. My room was immaculate and had great amenities like a spacious shower with fantastic water pressure. the food at the inn was also delicious, especially the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

We had a fantastic stay at Uno Port Inn. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with valuable advice for day trips and making us feel welcome. The traditional style room and building added to the charm of our stay. The cafe and breakfast were great, giving us a delicious start to our days. The location was super convenient, allowing us to easily access the ferries for our adventures. One highlight was the recommendation to visit Karashki with its beautiful canals, old town, and fantastic shopping.

The staff were ridiculously friendly and helpful, giving us excellent local tips. The breakfast options were mind-blowingly delicious and the rooms, though cozy, felt luxurious with personal kimonos. It's conveniently located near a 7-11, great restaurants, and the ferry to the islands. The onsen nearby was jaw-droppingly relaxing.

uno port inn in tamano was a great stay! comfy beds, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. perfect location for visiting naoshima. exceeded my expectations from my previous stay in tamano. highly recommended!

The best aspects of this hotel were its convenient location right opposite the ferry terminal and its delicious breakfast. It made it so easy for me to revisit the islands and continue my adventuring. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided me with all the information I needed.

Small rooms: While the rooms are clean and comfortable, they are on the smaller side. However, this is not a major issue as most guests spend their time exploring the area rather than staying in the room for extended periods.

The perfect starting point for exploring the nearby art islands. Right across from the ferry port, which made it convenient for hopping on and off the ferry. the staff provided excellent information on visiting the islands and local restaurants. Plus, there was an amazing onsen just across the road, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Honestly, there was nothing negative to say about our experience. It may be a bit expensive for a hostel, but it was worth it for the comfort and convenience, especially if you're on a tight schedule.

This hotel is in a prime location, right across from the ferry to the art islands and next to the train station. The staff here are incredibly friendly and laid back, making for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The rooms are comfortable, beautifully decorated, and kept spotlessly clean. One of the best things about this hotel is the delicious breakfast served in their own cafe and kitchen, with freshly made options that will definitely satisfy your taste buds. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future!

The only downside I found during my stay was the sensor light for the stairs. It was a bit sensitive and would sometimes turn on unnecessarily, which could be a bit annoying especially during the night.

Loved the quirky mobile house concept! So convenient to have the train station and ferry terminal nearby. Just wish I could have stayed longer, but unfortunately the universe decided to close the hotel randomly during winter. How thoughtful!

The hotel facilities were clean, and the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing me with maps and schedules for the ferry and trains. The cafe/restaurant in the inn served excellent food and had the best cappuccino I've had in Japan. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, just a short distance from the ferry terminal and train station. There are delicious little Japanese restaurants just across the ferry to Toshiama Island. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and provide information about the nearby attractions and museums.

There might be some noise from the insects outside the window, which could disturb light sleepers.
