The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city, making it very easy to access all the key attractions and amenities. the staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We particularly enjoyed the hot springs bath, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. the washoku restaurant served delicious Japanese cuisine that we highly recommend.

Honestly, we can't think of anything we didn't like about the hotel. Our experience was great overall and we would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love this hotel! The location is very convenient and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The service here is top-notch, from the housekeeping to the shuttle service. They even offer free shuttle service and ski equipment hire. The room amenities are fantastic, with a comfortable sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The hotel facilities are impressive, including a sauna, hot spring bath, and a lovely dining restaurant. The staff really goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.
