As a young family, we loved the spacious and modern room with a comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering both Japanese and Western options. The hotel's top floor hot bath was a relaxing treat after a long day of exploring Kyoto. The staff were knowledgeable about local attractions and always ready to assist.

The breakfast had a great selection and was really good, perfect for starting the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The wall TV allowed us to watch YouTube during the evenings, which was a great bonus. The room was clean and comfortable, and the onsen was a perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.

The location is convenient. Room was clean and well-equipped. Large bath on top floor was enjoyable. Not crowded despite many tour groups. Staff were busy but friendly. Window could be opened.

During my Xmas getaway, I had a great value for my money. the breakfast buffet offered a lot of different Japanese and Western food options. I especially enjoyed having scrambled eggs, bacon, and bread with a Japanese twist. the location was very convenient, being just a short walk from transportation hubs. It was also great that the hotel had a communal bath and sauna, as well as washing/drying machines available for guests to use.

The hotel seemed to cater more towards foreign travelers, which made it feel very crowded at times. some of the staff members had a hard time understanding English, which made communication challenging.

Located close to the bus station, Urban Hotel Kyoto Gojo Premium offers comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The beds are described as very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The onsen is clean and provides a perfect way to relax after a long day. The staff is helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, the hotel offers a convenient location for exploring the city, with Kyoto station within walking distance.

The restaurant can get crowded during breakfast hours.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and comfortable King size bed at this hotel. The shower had great water pressure and the breakfast spread was lovely. The highlight was definitely the hot bath on the 9th floor, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The price was just right too.

Great location, clean room, polite staff, comfortable bed, nice amenities, good breakfast selection.
