Sauna and spa were fantastic for relaxation.

I absolutely loved the spacious room with a huge, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The hotel’s traditional Japanese bath experience upstairs was a great addition, and the location is conveniently near bus stops and beautiful temples.

You have to pay extra to use the fitness center.

Extremely comfortable with a fantastic breakfast and wonderfully clean rooms. The seating area in the bedroom and the bathroom were particularly impressive.

The gym access is limited and requires extra fees outside specified hours. My room had only a few bedside USB ports, which was inconvenient.

Street noise is an issue!!! No USB-C charging ports, only one USB-A port which isn't ideal!!! The outside smoking area through the parking lot lacks proper ventilation!!! A bit of distance from main tourist attractions!!!

Consider checking local bus services for easier travel to attractions. it's more accessible than the main road, especially when walking in the heat.

The cleaning policy is seriously lacking!!! Only towels are replaced while the rest of the room remains untouched. The noise from outside is relentless, due to poor window insulation!!! And why are there no alternative pillow options? !!!

i was absolutely disappointed with my stay. only towels were replaced, and the initial breakfast scheduling was so obnoxiously inconvenient. i woudl ve been expecting a complimentary gesture for such chaos. this place has the nerve to call themselves premium while treating guests like regulars. im not impressed, and i almost left a good review but just couldn't.

The spacious bedroom was super clean, and having eight power points made charging all my devices a breeze! I loved the sauna and full body massage options available to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that I couldn't open the window due to noise, but it didn't ruin my stay at all. 😊

The breakfast selection was impressive and truly delicious, especially the European-style buns that were a hit. The staff were friendly and offered helpful assistance with luggage transfers, contributing to a pleasant stay.

The onsen, while well-maintained, was smaller than I expected. and it would be great if the housekeeping services were more frequent. A bit more attention to details like replenishing tea bags would enhance the experience.

I enjoyed my stay, particularly the spacious room and the buffet breakfast that had many choices. I found it convenient to be close to the main attractions, just a short walk away. The restaurant served a satisfying meal. I also appreciated that the property welcomed guests of all orientations, which made me feel comfortable as a traveler. After a long day of exploring, I made use of the sauna to unwind.

I didn't experience any major issues during my stay.
