Convenient location near train station & bus terminal. English breakfast with toast & boiled egg available. Open bath for guests. Laundry facilities & TV with machine status. Friendly staff, especially Ms. Kawamoto.

The hotel's location was excellent, incredibly close to the train station making it easy to get around the city. the amenities, such as the public bath and coin laundry, were convenient and added value to my experience.

The breakfast included in the price of the room was not very good. the food provided was a strange assortment that didn't include either a Japanese or Western-style breakfast.

The location was fantastic, especially for someone like me who has a lot of luggage. It was so close to Hiroshima station, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, despite the language barrier. I also loved having breakfast in the connected Komeda Coffee shop. It was a nice touch to have the option of five breakfast choices. The bath was clean and relaxing, and from my room, I could easily check the crowd level.

I felt really comfortable during my stay, and I have no complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel just outside the Train station. The location was perfect, making it easy for us to explore Hiroshima. We found plenty of good restaurants, food, and shopping options right in the station. The room was small but well-planned and clean. We loved the convenience of the locker, which we could use before and even after check-in. The staff was very helpful, and the onsite bathhouse was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

There was a slight issue with the smell in the ground floor lobby, as there was an internal smoking room nearby. However, it wasn't a major inconvenience and didn't affect our overall experience at the hotel.
