I loved that our room was spacious and the bathroom was huge for a Japanese hotel. Step outside, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Kyoto Station, making everything super accessible!

A slight downside was the dryer in the laundry area. it took forever to dry my clothes. I also wish check-out was later than 10 AM, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

The rooms were cramped, definitely not suited for families. Bathroom hygiene could be improved with separate facilities. Be wary of slow Wi-Fi during peak hours. an accommodation fee at check-in caught me off guard!!!

Spent 3 wonderful nights here! The room was impeccably clean and the bathroom spacious. The best part? Accessing laundry facilities was convenient, despite peak times. Pro tip, schedule laundry during late hours for availability. Plus, the hotel’s location made sightseeing effortless, right near Kyoto Station!

the hotel has great laundry facilities with easy-to-use machines on multiple floors. the cereal at breakfast could have been fresher.

Don't miss the self-service luggage storage in the lobby for early arrivals, which makes managing your time around Kyoto Station much easier.

i nearly gave a good review, but the rude staff was just too much! instead of the royal treatment i expected, i was stuck waiting in a long line just to retrieve my luggage, and the room size was pathetically small. i also didn’t receive any complimentary welcome gift, which is absolutely standard for any decent hotel! such disappointment.

The location is super convenient, just a block from Kyoto Station. We enjoyed spacious accommodations, perfect for our family, including my teenage daughter. Plus, the laundry facilities were a lifesaver during our stay, and we loved the Japanese breakfast!

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast offered more variety.

beds were comfortable and such a plus to have pajamas provided daily! easy access to laundry facilities too. having a 7-11 store just next door is super convenient (perfect for late-night snacks! ).
