the city view from my top-floor double room was amazing. the room was always clean, as is typically expected in Japan, and the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the station. the hotel itself seemed new and had modern amenities. I especially liked the feature where I could monitor my laundry from the comfort of my bed through the TV. the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the front desk staff were helpful with any requests I had. it was a great stay at Via Inn.

The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main train station and easy to find. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, and they could speak English very well. The room was clean and new, which was a nice bonus.

The room was quite small, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially with two suitcases. There was not enough space to hang clothes and no easy access to our suitcases.

As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by the soundproofing of the rooms. Slept like a baby! The hotel provides a self-service counter in the lobby offering toiletries and coffee, which was a nice touch.

Felt right at home here, absolutely no complaints at all.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English. They even allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel's location next to the train station made it convenient for exploring the area. There were also plenty of eateries nearby and easy access to the underground shopping area.
