Having stayed in this budget hotel, we were impressed by its location in central Shinjuku-Sanchome area. It was just a short walk to Shinjuku Sanchome Metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. We also enjoyed being close to the Japanese market, where we savored delicious local cuisine. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and modern, with a refreshing shower. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day.

The Wi-Fi speed was average and limited to the ground floor and restaurant only.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the vibrant Shinjuku-Sanchome area. I was impressed by the excellent value for money that this hotel offered. The prices were reasonable considering the prime location and the amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail in this hotel was remarkable. From the double glass windows that ensured a peaceful night's sleep, to the cigarette vending machine in the lobby, they had thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Lastly, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist despite any language barriers.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and I couldn't find any faults.

Celebrating the new year in this cozy hotel was amazing. the heated toilet seats were a nice surprise that kept us warm in the chilly Tokyo winter. the room had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops and public transportation. We also enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast which was delicious.

The room size was quite small, especially for two people with luggage. It was a bit of a struggle to move around without bumping into each other or our suitcases.

via inn shinjuku was the perfect choice for our short break in tokyo. the rooms were clean, cosy, and well-kept, and the service from the staff was lovely. the convenient location near shinjuku station and nearby convenience stores made our stay even better.

My recent stay at Via Inn in Shinjuku was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't have been better - close to bustling Shinjuku, yet tucked away in a quiet valley. It was so convenient to have a supermarket and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The proximity to Shinjuku station made it easy to explore other parts of Japan. The room was comfortable and the Japanese breakfast provided was a real highlight. I highly recommend this hotel - 100%!
