My stay at Via Inn was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was impeccably clean. I was provided with fresh towels and a pyjama every day, along with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with three train lines within walking distance. It was also convenient for me to visit Tsukiji Market for breakfast. the experience was comfortable and the staff were always accommodating.

For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Tsukiji outer market and close to multiple subway stations. The staff went above and beyond to help store our luggage and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We had a great experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with a convenience store and various restaurants nearby. We also loved the fact that the hotel was just a corner away from a traditional Japanese Kabuki theater, allowing us to experience the local culture.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of things that could have been better. there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was inconvenient as we relied on our smartphones for internet access.

This hotel is perfectly located in a vibrant neighborhood, surrounded by sushi restaurants and fantastic shopping streets of Ginza where all the brand shops are. It's also conveniently situated in front of a bus stop for Shimbashi Station, making transportation a breeze. The rooms are spotless and come with daily fresh towels and a pyjama, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff and great service add to the overall positive experience. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of fresh pastries, salad, fruits, and traditional Japanese dishes.

Some guests have mentioned that the pillows and beds were not very comfortable.

via inn exceeded my expectations once again during my recent overnight stay in tokyo. the location was perfect, within walking distance of train stations and tsukiji market. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even helping us store our luggage for two weeks without any extra charges. overall, a comfortable and convenient experience.

Noisy room on the first night.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in Tokyo. When we arrived, we asked the staff at Via Inn to hold our big luggage for 2 weeks and they were happy to help without any extra charges. the hotel was conveniently located right across the street from the Tsukiji outer market and close to a subway station. the room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even stored our luggage as we traveled around Japan. the location was excellent, with multiple Tokyo Metro stations within walking distance and a convenience store downstairs. the breakfast options were substantial and the breakfast staff were lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, as it was very close to the metro and in great proximity to the underground. It was also easy to reach from Edgeware tube station. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast service was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Falah who went above and beyond to help us. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation convenience, and the helpfulness of the staff.

There was even a bus stop right in front of the hotel. there was a convenient store downstairs. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even stored our luggage for two weeks while we traveled around Japan. the room was clean and comfortable.

During our recent stay at Via Inn Higashiginza, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome from the young female receptionists. The check-in and check-out process on the self-service machines was a breeze, and becoming a member allowed us to keep our key. The hotel's location was fantastic, with four subway stations within a short walking distance, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Moreover, being next to Tsukiji Market was a bonus for seafood lovers like us. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh pastries, salad, fruits, and traditional Japanese dishes. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Via Inn Higashiginza and would recommend it to others.
