We loved Villa Concordia Resort & Spa in Hakodate. The rooms were spacious with separate kitchens and thoughtful details. The owner's love for the hotel was evident in the special little things and daily snack compliments. The music players in the rooms added a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful, despite limited English.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the old district of Hakodate with its charming streets and historic buildings. It is also within walking distance to the Cable Car station, making it easy to visit the stunning views from Mount Hakodate. there is a supermarket nearby, allowing guests to easily stock up on any essentials they may need during their stay.

One small downside is that the spa may not always be available, as mentioned in a previous review. However, this should not detract from the overall positive experience of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a resort in Hakodate. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the historic downtown area and the ropeway to Mt Hakodate. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a kitchenette and a luxurious bathroom. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and they even went out of their way to courier a forgotten phone to our next hotel. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great view of Mt Hakodate. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Hakodate.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and easily accessible by tram. I appreciated the variety of Japanese restaurants nearby as well as the convenience of a supermarket. Exploring the old district of Hakodate was a breeze from here. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always ready to assist. The hotel amenities were impressive, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was well-equipped, featuring a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, making it easy to stay connected.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

The room was spacious and had a lot of amenities like a kitchen and a balcony, which is great for a long stay. the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to nearby attractions. the location was convenient, close to public transportation and within walking distance to several tourist spots.

The room had a bad smell that persisted throughout the stay. the sheets had stains and there were hairs in the bathroom, which made the room feel unclean.
