We had a fantastic stay at Villa Fontaine Grand! the location was perfect for exploring the nearby fish market, Daiba city, and other attractions in the area. the breakfast spread was excellent, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fish from the nearby market. the self-service luggage storage room was convenient, and Ariake Garden right next door offered plenty of food options. the hotel provided free amenities in the lobby, and the rooms and building were impeccably clean. a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting this area of Tokyo.

Stayed at a good location, nice clean and modern hotel with decent facilities. the room was a bit tight for the four of us, but that's expected in this city. the staff were very friendly and although communicating in English was a bit challenging, it wasn't a big issue. the hotel is conveniently located close to the metro and bus, making it easy to get around the city. It's also attached to a mall, which was great for dinner options after a day of sightseeing. it was an easy and comfortable stay in a peaceful setting, with good access to Disney, the airport, and the city.

During my recent stay at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake, I was impressed by the new and clean hotel with modern fittings. The location, right next to a large mall with restaurants and a supermarket, was incredibly convenient. As a family of four adults, we were pleasantly surprised to find a room with two single beds and two tatami futon beds, offering great value for our money.

Spent new year’s time at a hotel in Japan. Enjoyed the modern facilities with thoughtful design and wonderful amenities. the hotel was very clean and spacious. the location was great with easy access to Disney and airport, and getting into town was simple. It was nice to have a nearby shopping center with a food court. the breakfast spread had great variety, typical Japanese style - but not much for Westerners. Scrambled eggs were the only option.

Carrying luggage over the main road from the metro station to the hotel was a bit challenging. the shuttle bus schedule could have been more convenient for departing guests.

Distant from City Center: One downside is that the hotel is quite far from the city center. However, there are monorail and metro stations nearby, making it easier to navigate your way around.

Traveling to Tokyo for a sightseeing adventure, our stay at Villa Fontaine was delightful. The centrally located hotel allowed us easy access to the train station and bus, making it a breeze to visit popular attractions like Small World, Team Labs, and Disney in just 5-10 minutes. Attached to Ariake Garden, we enjoyed the convenience of shopping and a variety of dining options, including vegetarian cuisines and popular chains like TGIF. The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, and the staff's attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. With spacious rooms and comfortable beds, Villa Fontaine provided a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploring. The amenity bar offered a nice variety of amenities, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with check-in and luggage storage. Close proximity to Rinkai Line and Yurikamome Line stations made navigating Tokyo a breeze.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient location near Toyosu area with a nearby mall for shopping and dining. Clean rooms and building. Access to a public bath/spa at an additional cost. Option to have breakfast, lunch, and dinner separately. Hotel provides a laundromat on the 6th floor.

The hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to multiple train stations. This made it convenient for me to travel around the city and also to the airport. the hotel was connected to a large shopping mall, which was great for grabbing any necessities or indulging in some retail therapy. I also enjoyed the gym facilities, which were open for 23 hours, allowing me to fit in a workout whenever it suited my schedule.

The comfort of the beds was a major downside for me. The mattress and pillows were extremely firm, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
