During my New Year stay, I really liked the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. It was as clean as any Japanese hotel can be! The modern furniture and extremely comfortable bed were also big pluses. I also enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a choice of pillows, including memory foam and bean-filled options. Additionally, the hotel's key location near a metro station and the Imperial Gardens made it very convenient for exploring the city.

One negative aspect was the limited selection of the complimentary breakfast. While it did offer both Japanese and American/Continental options, the variety was not extensive.
