This hotel in Osaka truly offers great value for money. During our 10-day trip in Kansai, we stayed here for 8 nights and couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were, especially during the high season. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a 1-minute walk to the nearest subway station, making it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff are also very helpful and speak good English, going above and beyond when one of our friends got sick. The room itself was tidy with all the necessary amenities provided, and despite not being spacious, it was perfect for 2 medium-sized suitcases. And let's not forget about the surprisingly comfortable sleeping experience with excellent soundproofing and a comfortably firm mattress. we definitely felt satisfied with our stay and will consider returning in the future.

Although all was fine, the hotel could improve the breakfast selection.

During our New Year's stay at this hotel, we had an amazing time! the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a few minutes away from the bustling shopping district and nightlife area. We were also able to easily access the subway station. the breakfast buffet was decent and had plenty of options to choose from. We also liked that the hotel offered laundry services and 24/7 access to cups and ice.

The room was on the smaller side, making it a bit of a challenge to move around especially with our luggage.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine Osaka-Shinsaibashi. The location was prime, just minutes away from the Shinsaibashi shopping area and the subway station. The room, although compact, had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a large bed and bathroom amenities. The breakfast provided a variety of options and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.
