We loved the private onsen and spacious room. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and speak English. Free green tea and coffee in the lobby. The bed was comfy and the location is convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train/bus station. the room was clean and comfortable, with a decent size. I also appreciated the separate bathroom and toilet, which meant no waiting. Another great advantage was the free smartphone provided during the stay.

the washing facility in the bathroom was confusing and appeared to have some hygiene issues. Pricing was also an issue, as I felt that the hotel was overpriced compared to others in Japan.

We verbleven in een hotel in Delft dat goed geschikt was voor een tussenstop of een kort verblijf. De receptiemedewerkers waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de locatie was rustig en gunstig gelegen. De kamer had echter wat achterstallig onderhoud en zag er niet zo fris uit. Gelukkig de geur in de kamer was niet prettig. Gelukkig hadden we wel een ruime uitchecktijd en de bedden waren redelijk comfortabel. Het avondeten liet echter te wensen over, met oplossoep en droge pasta zonder saus. Het ontbijt was daarentegen wel goed, met verschillende soorten vers fruitsap en voldoende keuze aan eten. De wifi werkte helaas niet en er ontbrak een toiletborstel in de badkamer. Tijdens onze overnachting op de bovenste etage was er veel lawaai van ventilatie. Desondanks was de ligging van het hotel goed, met een wandeling naar het centrum van Delft die goed te doen was.
