Delicious kaiseki dinner and breakfast included. Perfect location for exploring. Traditional costumes enhance the experience.

From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a selection of amenities to enhance our experience. the location couldn't have been better, situated near popular attractions and convenient train stations. the rooms were immaculate and the futons provided a comfortable night's sleep. the highlight was definitely the onsen, where we could relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, ensuring that our stay was perfect. We can't recommend this ryokan enough for those seeking an authentic and charming experience in Kyoto.

We had a wonderful stay at a traditional ryokan in Kyoto, established in 1830. the staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. the location of the ryokan was perfect, just two blocks away from the food market, shopping areas, and train station. We loved that the hotel provided a phone for us to use during the day, which was incredibly helpful for navigating the city. the room was spacious and cozy, with traditional tatami mats and sliding doors. We especially enjoyed the relaxing onsen, which has now spoiled us for regular baths.

The ryokan had attentive service, comfortable beds, and a kaiseki dinner that was the highlight of our stay. The location was fantastic, just blocks away from the food market, shopping, and the train station. The hotel provided a phone that we could take out during the day for maps and internet access. the staff were friendly and kind, making our experience even better.
