I recently stayed at a wonderful hostel in Kyoto for a few days. The hostel was very clean and well-organised, with each bed space being its own little room. The dorms were surprisingly quiet, despite being full of people. The bathrooms were super clean and the shared powder room on the fourth floor had enough space for everyone. The common room was lovely, and there were even free events to join, like a Japanese music concert. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. If only all hostels were like this!
