The thin walls are a concern for privacy!!! The location feels apartment-like, which might not appeal to everyone!!! I wished for a dryer function for the washing machine to avoid wet laundry everywhere!!!

The proximity to Gion and Kiyomizu-dera allowed for peaceful evening strolls, while the charming bento shop nearby served delicious meals. The kitchenette made late-night snacks easy and practical, enhancing the apartment feel of our stay.

The location is convenient for accessing Gion and Kiyomizu-dera Temple within a 15-minute walk. The Superior Twin Room was comfortable, but the thin walls might limit privacy. Great for couples or short stays, especially if you prefer an apartment-like experience without a staffed front desk.

The atmosphere was so serene, especially at night when the

streets become quiet and peaceful. The kitchenette was a real plus for late-night snacks, and the staff had fantastic tips for local restaurants. Just be ready for the busy bus stop nearby. it can get crowded! Overall, a delightful stay.

the bathroom was a total disaster, no dryer for laundry and absolutely no place to hang clothes. how hard can it be to provide shelves for toiletries? i also can’t believe i had to sit down to shower—absolutely ridiculous. i woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade after all this but i guess that’s too much to ask for.

The air conditioning works grewt in the hot summer. The washer doesn't have a dryer, so air drying is needed.

Location was fantastic—just steps from Kiyomizu-dera and loads of sights. The room was spacious with a little kitchenette, perfect for late-night noodles. Also, a washer made packing so much easier!

The bus stop was a wild circus, packed with people! I mean, I love a good crowd, but I wasn't in the mood for a wrestling match just to find a seat.

Comfortable room, convenient location, our stay was made even better by the wonderful kitchen area with cookware and the proximity to the bus stop just 3 minutes away, making it easy to explore the area.

It was all superb.

Cozy room with a lift, flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. No smoking on site. Weak wifi.

Just a good pick for a trip in Kyoto with good value for money. The in-unit washer was super handy for cleaning clothes after sightseeing. Make sure to check the address carefully on Google Maps to avoid mix-ups!
