The hotel offers a great complimentary minibar and welcome snacks in an attractive lounge. the onsen must be booked in advance and it's reserved for private use, which is a great advantage for relaxation. the hotel is located near key transportation points, making it easy to get around.

The staff is sometimes difficult to communicate with due to occasional language barriers. the hotel management has a habit of prioritizing other events over hotel guests, which can be disappointing for those expecting full use of the facilities.
