Very clean, comfortable bed, fast WiFi. We loved the layout of the furniture in our small room, it made the most of the space. The hotel's location near Shin Osaka station was perfect for our travel needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Y'S Hotel Shin for a pleasant stay in Osaka.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of Japanese dishes to choose from. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to help us find our way around the city. the hotel was located within walking distance of several popular attractions and restaurants, making it the perfect home base for our Thanksgiving trip.

While the room itself was comfortable, it was a bit on the smaller side and lacked enough outlets to charge all of our devices at once. the public bath was a bit cramped and didn't offer much in the way of amenities.

our stay at y's hotel shin was even better than our previous stay in osaka! from the friendly staff to the delicious breakfast and convenient location, everything exceeded our expectations. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff even remembered us from our previous stay. highly recommended!

the location was extremely convenient, just a few minutes walk from the Shin-Osaka station. the staff were amazing, especially the front desk lady who was very helpful and caring. the room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the free public bath facilities. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to our friends.
