My partner and I stayed at a charming hotel in Arashiyama for a few nights to explore the area. the staff were friendly, efficient, and eager to assist. the comfortable room had all necessary amenities. the location was perfect for sightseeing and close to a JR station. the breakfast was a unique culinary experience with English explanations. the hotel's decor was like being in an art gallery, and the view from the room was picturesque.

The rooms are clean and spacious, allowing for comfortable stays even with large luggage. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The café area doubles as a communal space, offering a cozy atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel provides a free ride to a nearby train station for added convenience.

One minor drawback is the limited dining options in the area, particularly during the evening when most restaurants are closed.

We had a great stay at a modern and clean hotel in a fantastic location. The short walk from the train station was convenient for leaving our luggage. The highlight was the delicious breakfast with unique dishes like dashi and ochatsuke. The staff spoke fluent English and were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a weekend at this hotel and found the atmosphere to be cozy and relaxing. the location was great, within walking distance to major attractions and public transportation. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. They even offered us a complimentary beverage upon arrival. the cafe area had comfortable seating and a nice view, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Our room faced the street and it was quite noisy at night, making it hard to sleep. the hallways were too dimly lit and it was a bit unsettling.

Great location across the bridge and near train stations, convenient for accessing Kyoto. Helpful and friendly staff. Cozy atmosphere and good-sized room for our luggage. Walking distance to attractions in Arashiyama. Free luggage storage before check-in/after check-out. Value for money stay with central location.
