The location of the hotel is very convenient for exploring the city, as it is very close to Kyoto Station and a bus stop. Additionally, it is situated right in front of a stunning temple, providing a beautiful backdrop for your stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious and offers a great way to start your day. Moreover, the baths are clean and provide a relaxing experience.

The reception staff may have difficulty communicating in English, but they are still willing to assist and make things clear.

Small, family-run place on a quiet street. Stunning sunset view of temple through heart-shaped shoji screen. Amazing staff, responsive to communication during typhoon. On-site onsen with lovely garden view. Definitely recommend kaiseki meal.

The room had an amazing view on the Higashi Hongan-ji Temple, staff was super nice and ready to offer advice, breakfast in Japanese style was delicious, public bath was super relaxing and clean.

We appreciated the fact that they explained everything in detail and provided us with a free tablet to use. the hotel's central and quiet location made it easy for us to get around and explore the city.

Our bathroom was quite small and made it difficult for taller guests to move around comfortably. We also only received one room key for two people, which was inconvenient.
