The traditional Japanese style of the hotel was a unique and immersive experience. We loved the authentic architecture, from the rice paper sliding doors to the beautiful garden. The hotel's location by the river added to its charm. the private onsen was a highlight, providing a luxurious and relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The room was quite cold when we arrived, and the traditional sliding doors did not keep out the cold very well. Although the main room eventually warmed up, the bathroom had a permanent opening at the top of the wall, which allowed cold air to flow in.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens surrounding the property on 2-3 sides. It provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel offered a fantastic view of the mountains, creating a picturesque backdrop for our stay. Another highlight was the proximity to various attractions, including nearby outlet malls and other tourist spots.

The location was not easily accessible without a car, and the walk from the station was crowded and uncomfortable. the early check-in policy caused inconvenience and wasted time.

My stay at this traditional Japanese ryokan was absolutely amazing. The moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a polite lady dressed in a kimono who showed me to my beautiful cottage nestled amidst stunning gardens. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a private hot spring bath and a cozy heated table. The meals provided were incredible, with a wide variety of traditional dishes that left me completely satisfied. The location of the hotel, next to a serene mountain river and a short walk into town, was perfect for exploring the area. The overall experience was truly unforgettable, and I would highly recommend this ryokan to anyone seeking a memorable stay in a traditional setting.
