I stayed at Yokohama Royal Park Hotel for a conference at Pacifico and it was the perfect location. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making it convenient to explore and find great food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room had a stunning view, whether it was the Tokyo skyline, Mt. Fuji, or Yokohama Bay. The amenities were all in great condition, and the soundproofing was excellent. I also appreciated the small touches like the fresh pot of water provided by the housekeepers and the anti-bacterial spray in the closet. it was a wonderful stay and a great introduction to Japan.

We stayed at a hotel located in a prime tourist area, with easy access to the JR trains just a short walk away. The location was perfect for us before and after our cruise. The hotel was surrounded by Queen Plaza and Park Plaza, which had plenty of cafes and restaurants for us to enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options. The views from our room were breathtaking, with a stunning view of the city and harbor.

The view of the bay from our room was breathtaking. The room was spacious, clean and had excellent amenities! The bed was perfectly comfortable and big. Since we booked a club room, we could avail of 2 complimentary drinks during the cocktail hour. Hors d' oeuvres were also served that time. And we could also take part in breakfast buffet the next day. The breakfast was good although the selections were limited. What I loved most about breakfast was the bread. They seemed to be freshly-baked.

I was impressed with the stunning view from my room overlooking Yokohama Bay and snow-capped Mount Fuji. The breakfast served on the 70th floor was breathtaking. I also appreciated the easy access to public transport. Although showing its age, the Royal Park is a great find. I recommend it.

The hotel has a great location near the Minato Mirai station and a shopping mall with loads of restaurants. The room was spacious and had a tablet with useful information. However, the service was lacking - staff were unwilling to hail a taxi. The bathroom was not very clean, with grime in the sink hole and mold on the tiles. The breakfast was a poor experience with limited options. The shower was outdated and felt cheap. the hotel felt outdated and not worth the price.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a variety of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms that were kept clean. We were blown away by the exceptional view of Mt Fuji from our room. The hotel is conveniently located, with only a few minutes' walk between two stations. Additionally, it was a leisurely 20-minute walk to the heart of the city if we didn't feel like taking the train. The staff were friendly and courteous, providing top-notch service throughout our stay.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the room advantages include magnificent views, spaciousness and high-quality linens. the indoor swimming pool and spa center are outstanding, with a variety of massage, facial and beauty treatments available. Restaurant options are varied, with special diet menus and private facilities available.

The service overall is great, but housekeeping should be more efficient in cleaning rooms. While the coffee/tea in the lobby is a nice touch, the wait time can be a bit long.

There was nothing I didn't like.

My Christmas stay was excellent! the festive decorations created a warm and cozy atmosphere. the room had stunning views of the harbor, and it was pristine clean. the staff were very friendly, and they provided complimentary hot chocolate and biscuits on arrival. the location was perfect, and we had a wide selection of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station.

It would have been nice to have more variety or a rotating menu. the check-in time was 4 pm, which was a bit late in the day, especially after a long flight.

The room had a spacious layout and offered a stunning view of the bay and ferris wheel. the hotel had convenient access to taxis and the option to book an airport bus for transportation. - Friendly staff members added to the overall positive experience.

Having to pay an extra charge is understandable, but the requirement to be fully dressed in the dressing room and wear a hair net to enter the pool seemed excessive and unnecessary. This ultimately prevented me from enjoying the pool and wasted my money.
